Scam – I had a bridesmaid dress made at the Bridal Gallery and it was 2 sizes too big! Seeing as how I had to give my exact measurements in order for the dress to be made, I was expecting perfection. However, they don't make their dresses according to your measurements. They only use your measurements to "size you." And according to their "size chart," I'm a size 8 (I'm actually a 4, always have been). When I called to ask about alterations, I was told they could definitely alter the dress... for a fee. superstar service – we were slightly late to our appt and it was really busy but they fit us in and we were treated like queens! i bought my dress and my maids and even tuxedos here. i was treated with respect and honesty and when my gown was running late i was always kept "in the loop" and informed of its progress. i would recommend this shop to anybody.
