I purchased my dress from the Bridal Gallery at the Oregon Bridal Show almost a year before my wedding. They carried the same discount on veils that they offered the day of the show to the veil I purchased because I couldn't find one that I liked in their selection at the show. I also purchased all of the attendant's dresses from here, because of the excellent service that I received from Angie and the crew. Scam – I had a bridesmaid dress made at the Bridal Gallery and it was 2 sizes too big! Seeing as how I had to give my exact measurements in order for the dress to be made, I was expecting perfection. However, they don't make their dresses according to your measurements. They only use your measurements to "size you." And according to their "size chart," I'm a size 8 (I'm actually a 4, always have been). When I called to ask about alterations, I was told they could definitely alter the dress... for a fee. I believe they should give their customers all the same caring and helpfulness from start to finish. Not be super nice until you've purchased your non-refundable gown then stop returning phone calls and treating you like a pain every time you call or come in. I was only in there 4 times, once to look, once to show my mom the gown which is also when I purchased it, once for my final fitting and to pick it up.They should also make sure their brides dresses and jewelry are ready to be picked up when they arrive and that their a... read more

superstar service – we were slightly late to our appt and it was really busy but they fit us in and we were treated like queens! i bought my dress and my maids and even tuxedos here. i was treated with respect and honesty and when my gown was running late i was always kept "in the loop" and informed of its progress. i would recommend this shop to anybody.
