have just been notified this morning the business has folded and has permanently shut. I was lucky enough to only have a consultation this weekend which has obviously been canceled but not liking my chances of receiving the consult fee back. all socials & website have been shut down so not a great look for this company, i feel extremally sad for anyone waiting for a dress from them, i'm lucky i've dodged a bullet by the sounds of it
I've been left high and dry 3 weeks before my wedding with no dress. My dress has been paid for in full, but the shop has gone bust. Such an incredibly awful experience. Good riddance.
Wish I could give no stars! Paid in full for my dream wedding gown, I found out this evening the company has gone bust with communication coming from a lawyer. And they never passed my details or money onto the supplier and the dress was not ordered. What a joke of a business, words cannot express my disappointment and heartbreak over losing so much money and also time to find a new dress before my wedding. Please do not buy your dress here, whatever you do. For your own sake. My partner and I are getting married in 3 weeks and still she has no dress. It was due in May. We have paid in full and have been told various stories ranging from “it’s finished and will be sent out tomorrow” to “it’s not done yet but soon”. This went on for weeks, then months.
