Needed drawing made of an existing structure for code. They were late with the project, and were unreachable until the project was completed. They didn't dimension basic things that were required by the county (like sink sizes and flooring type). A twenty-day process has turned into a 3 month hassle due to their incompetence. So happy they "waived" the $60 in "misc fees" that were above and beyond an inflated quote. Don't waste your time with this "group".
