Susie was great with helping us set up the appointment, payment, and answering any questions we had. Rob and his trainee were absolutely excellent during the inspection. They were VERY thorough, went through everything with us, and were very knowledgeable answering any questions we had especially as first time home buyers. Great experience overall! I had Rick as my inspector. He was super knowledgeable and took his time to thoroughly go through every part of the house. He was punctual and professional. By the end of inspection I found myself at a sense of ease from the amazing inspection Rick performed. It allowed me to make informed decisions about next steps which I really appreciated as a first-time homebuyer. Would recommend to anyone who asks!

Will was great, he made the inspection process very easy. He started off by asking any specific areas of concern we had and went on to do a very thorough inspection of the entire property. As he was going through the house, he would take breaks to explain things he found to keep us in the loop. The report came later that afternoon and was very detailed. Highly recommend this company for house inspections
