Recently had a pre-inspection performed on a listing of mine and Thomas Slack of The Brickkicker of Naperville did an amazing job pin pointing what things needed attention for my Sellers. Tom Pantoni inspected a home for us and did a very thorough inspection. After inspecting an area, Tom would bring us through and show us any areas of concern he found and provide suggestions about any actions we should take. The inspection took place in the morning and by 4-5 PM that day, we had a complete 75 page inspection document complete with pictures, a summary of areas of concern and documentation (with photos) for each area of the house. OUTSTANDING!!
We so pleased and satisfied with provided inspection. Andrew arrived on time and did incredible work. Very knowledgeable and answered the questions we had.
