Vyomesh has been such a pleasure to deal with and he is a mattress/bed expert! He worked within our budget to get us the best adjustable Stearns and Foster bed to suit our needs.
The delivery staff was rude. Although we greeted and thanked them, one completely ignored us. When I tried to speak to one of them, his tone showed reluctance to communicate. Additionally, they left the plastic wrapping of the new mattress in our backyard, even though it was their responsibility to dispose of all packaging materials, such as plastic and boxes.
I was gonna pick up my mattress and there was a mix up and it was at a different location so they delivered to me. The delivery tracking platform is fantastic and the gentlemen that delivered it were polite and professional. Thank you
Jennifer Wendell The store manager helped us. She was absolutely amazing. I went in and told her what I wanted she found the best prices set up the delivery I was in and out of the store in Less than15 minutes. Best shopping experience ever thanks to Jennifer
