If you want a quality mattress and great service, go see Chris in Cambridge. This guy knows everything about mattresses. If you have health problems he will put you on the best mattress for you. Adjustable is the way to go. The delivery people were quick and thorough and very polite. What a great experience. Wish customer service was like this everywhere. They will even take orders on anything the Brick sells. Perfect.
The Delivery guys were amazing. They had a tight situation and were able to get the Mattress up the stairs very quickly.
First open sign was off. Went inside asked about a product was told they all over.... No Help provided. Looked around then asked questions. Was like he couldn't be bothered. Please if you are going to work in this environment clean your clothes,smell clean, treat customers like you want them in your store and appreciate their business. Very bad experience for us while trying to make a purchase here as we walked away without doing so.
