Sales guy was knowledgeable. Delivery guys were pleasant even though King Mattress (heavy) and delivered after 5 PM on hot day

Great salesman (Michael on Hespeler Road) and very considerate delivery team. While we did have an issue, a mix up in delivery, it was resolved professionally and to our satisfaction. I'd be happy to refer friends and family for business and do future businesss with these fine folks.
My experience with the Brick Mattress Store has been excellent. Mike is great, and helped me pick out my new mattress, and even obliged when I asked him to sit on it to test the motion isolation, since I was shopping on my own. The delivery team was also very professional - they arrived within the scheduled window and were careful to navigate my new mattress around a tricky staircase. I’d definitely shop here again.
