after having lived at the brick lofts for a year, I cannot say enough good things about this place! Randy (the owner) is very responsive and friendly always accommodating to our needs. The maintenance here is so fast: they fixed everything within 24 hours or less! beautiful, bright rooms and new appliances. Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable & modern apartment.
I loved my stay at the Brick Lofts. It was so bright and open. Neighbors were friendly and almost ALWAYS respectful. However, there are a few things you should know before moving in. While the windows are quite beautiful, they tend to let in bugs (nothing like a little snuggle with a palmetto bug or little baby spiders in the middle of the night).
