I bought a desk from this store on July5, 2025. I took the advice of the salesman and paid extra to have it put together by their people. The people started but said a part was wrong and I had to have it replaced before they could go any farther. It took a couple of weeks to get the man at customer service to understand the problem. Instead of just replacing the part, I had to load the whole desk up and bring it back with not so much as an apology for the hassle.
