Would never recommend or deal with the Brick ever again. They are too rigid on their refund policies when their customers aren’t happy. I wanted a firm mattress for my son. When I tested out mattresses at the store, the sales associate assured me that the mattress was firm even though I thought it was on the soft side, she said it was “worked in” because it was a store model. Customer service is great when you deal with Mansi. I've purchased close to 10k over the past 4 years and thankfully I purchased the extended warranty. It's come in handy several times. One of the best places to shop for selection. I would definitely recommend seeing Mansi if you're shopping at the Boardwalk location in Waterloo.
Everything with online order, payment and delivery went very smoothly. Haven't assembled yet so no pictures to post.
