One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Our order was delayed by over 1.5 months. They never once reached out with this information unless we contacted them. Every time they said it was delayed they said by one week but we recieved that delayed by one week for 5 weeks. On top of that there customer service person just contantly puts you on hold and doesnt anwser any questions. Ultimetly we had to cancel our order.
Brick delivery was a good job Workers were very helpful and on time thank you

Excellent service from the Squamish Brick store. The insurance company wouldnt honour the warranty so they gave me an in store credit. I was able to purchase a rocker recliner and side table. the rocker isnt the best quality, having trouble with it staying in the reclining position, keeps returning to sitting position on me. Its called a Penny rocker recliner. I love how small it is because I live in a small apartment.
