The Brick was fantastic! From the time I ordered my dresser and 2 bedside tables in the store, the service has been outstanding. The products were delivered ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise. We had the furniture assembled and it was completed so quickly - it was impressive. The tracking app from the Brick is also a game changer. It is reliable and accurate, no guessing when your furniture will arrive. Would highly recommend the Brick.

Service was quick and she also gave me space to peruse the store. Good balance. Delivery was great, notifications and a phone call. The delivery guys were very friendly, prompt and efficient installation. Cleaned up the wrapping on their way out. They were impressive!
It’s always a pleasure to shop at a business whose staff are helpful and friendly. This was our experience with the Brick in Squamish, we’ve made purchases from them before. Always a pleasure.
I ordered a freezer which was listed as "In Stock" in the Delta warehouse and the website said that said pick-up would be ready 4 days after payment. I called today for an update and was told that it's now going to be an additional week longer. Why does it take 10 days to move a freezer from Delta to Squamish?? I would have gone and picked it up myself had I known it would take so long... Giving this rating based on poor organization and zero communication with the customer.
