Great experience dealing with Kitchener store for my recent purchase of a new washer and dryer!
We purchased a couch Boxing Day. We were told we would get it on December 30th as it showed in stock. December 30th came and no call about delivery of our new couch. Instead the date got pushed back three times. Finally at the end of February we got the couch. After inspection I noticed a stich was coming out I reported it within there 48 hour period and I will say the communication is horrible.
