Extremely disappointed with The Brick’s after-sales service. I purchased three appliances from The Brick with an extended warranty, thinking it would give me peace of mind. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. My refrigerator stopped cooling more than a month ago, but no one showed up. The lack of communication and follow-up is unbelievable. This was my first purchase from The Brick, and honestly, it will also be my last.

Walked in ready to purchase a new mattress, boosting and frame. Was greeted when I walked by 2 employees seated at front. As I browsed, no one approached me. I walked back to front of store to ask questions where the both were still chatting and one reluctantly asked the other to "go show her". After a few points to what was what and a flip over a brochure signaling me to read how mattress was made, I thanked him and left. Disappointing experience. Still need a mattress.
