I had a great experience at The Brick in Victoria, BC. Sahar was amazing to deal with—she went above and beyond to help me find a mattress that suited my needs and made sure I got a great deal. I unfortunately had to cancel the sale before receiving the mattress due to unforeseen circumstances, but I still had to mention how great the experience was. I’d highly recommend asking for Sahar if you're shopping here!
It was a rather easy process. The scheduled delivery was within a week of purchasing the mattress and adjustable bed base. I got a call and text the day before to confirm the appointment, with a 2hr window for delivery, which was short enough that it was not inconvenient. I got a text message with a link to track their delivery, once they were on the way, and a call, within 10mins before the delivery, to notify me that they are on the way. Delivered as promised,great quality. The staff were courteous and very helpful, I didn't have to wait for very long to get the bed. I would definitely recommend 💯
I am very satisfied because my orders arrived on time, complete and no damage. As always, I am so happy with my purchase at the Brick.
