The delivery went very smoothly, the delivery guys were amazing and helped with everything. The couch feels and looks amazing.
Service at all stages, from Sales to Delivery was excellent. Took a star off due to extended delivery of fridge.
Update to review March 2025: Received new couch, delivery was seamless and the 2 guys were polite and helpful. New couch seems of good quality and only time will tell. Update to review: The Brick Peterborough advised our paid for extended warranty did not cover "wear & tear" which was disappointing. But Lucas, the Manager approved and proposed we swap out a new sofa of equal value which we felt was fair.
