Fast and efficient service
We bought a couch and love it, but the headrest motor no longer works on one side. I contacted service and it is still under warranty. It has now been 4 months and it has still not been repaired. Very disappointed. When my husband puts the footrest up, he cannot adjust the headrest to accommodate for the angle and ends up with a sore neck. We were given 2 choices, wait until July and see if the part comes in or accept a credit and keep the couch as is. We will probably never buy from the Brick again. I dealt with a gentleman named Abby. He was excellent. He was extremely helpful but not pushy. Answered all my questions and gave me an excellent deal. The Brick is a good place to shop for price and wattanty
