Everything was really good, service and delivery. Professional and a great job by the service staff and delivery guys. Delivery guys were really nice. One issue was that the sofa wouldn't fit up the stairs and the only way to get it into our unit was up and over the balcony. The guys said due to liability issues they couldn't hoist it up and over so they left it in the carport for me to find people to help me lift it over the balcony into our townhouse.
