Our experience with The Brick has been positive from a sales perspective. Mike really knows his stuff in several departments and is a pleasure to deal with. Our only issues were with the delivery of a dryer that took three times to get one that wasn’t damage or not working properly. Maybe some gentler handling of appliances would be a good idea?
Order a loveseat. Got a loveseat. They told me between nine and 12. They phoned me at 901. They’re here at 9:06. They are out of my house at 9:15. That’s amazing service. That is everything that I like, it was pretty low-key no pressure no hassle purchase. When I asked for space, they gave me space and I made my decision based on the information that I had. I’m very happy with everything.
Great customer service. Sales rep was supper awesome and the delivery guys brought in my couch and put it all together. Very helpful
