I have had the worst customer service experience with the store manager Daljeet. We purchased a carpet and had to returned it and they ordered Us a new which came in incorrect. We returned it the same day, it was obviously Daljeet dose not know their return policy. We had seven days to return the product from purchase date for refund or replacement, but he was going to give 10% off our bill and we had to keep the wrong carpet and then he would have sold us a new one with 10% off. Driver did not know that he had to supply the disposeable bags for old boxspring & matress. Was in instuctions to bring with him. Otherwise everything was OK !

Arrived at kamloops location from out of town having ordered our love seat in online. Customer care was anything but. Got lectured by a sales associate twice about going to the warehouse to get the furniture, taking the "road right beside the building" to get there. It was a footpath. The second time I went in another rep came to her rescue.
