My husband, son & I were in The Brick today & were helped by Mike I. He was a great sales person as he was not pushy at all & he followed our lead. We felt appreciated when in the store, which is not always the case these days in the service industry. We would definitely ask for Mike I the next time we need anything at The Brick.
Mike was super helpful and helped us save a crap load of money on our new mattress. Wasn’t pushy, wasn’t aggressive, super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better purchasing experience!
