From the showroom to delivery, the experience was smooth
Purchased a washer and dryer. Delivery was quick with no damage and the delivery staff were pleasant and accommodating.
The gentlemen were here in a timely fashion and brought my purchase in quickly and were polite. I would like to add that apparently your policy is to drop and go and not open purchase to inspect it or assemble (delivery guys told me this). I think you would do better if you would help customer open, assemble & inspect purchase. There are some people that would find this very difficult to do on their own. At the very least let people know ahead that this is your policy.
