Tiffany at the Owen Sound location was incredibly professional and helpful. She was patient in helping us try out several mattresses to find the perfect one, she also helped us save over $2000 with our purchases. We had a great experience, thank you Tiffany!
Jamie is an excellent sales representative. He worked tirelessly to help us to find the products that we needed, at the prices that we could afford. He seemed to genuinely care about us and our needs. He was very courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He spent more time than we thought that he would. To help us. I ordered a dishwasher from them. They kept me updated on its status via email. When it did arrive they offered to come drop it off for me even though I originally chose the pick up option. Delivery service was great. I applaud The Brick for their great customer service. You don’t see that too much anymore. Will be returning when it’s time to upgrade a few more appliances!
