Very efficient and courteous!
We've been pleased with the 2 purchases we've made at the Brick since being here almost 5 years. Our dryer was bought almost 3 years ago and the person who delivered it did a phenomenal job getting it down our basement stairs on his own and the dryer has had no issues at all. We bought an adjustable and shredded Q memory foam pillow there and the in person service was enjoyable. We're definitely going to consider the Brick for any new large home item we need in future, such as a BBQ.
Guys were good delivering the couch we bought they had a long day and were just wanting to get the job done. When we went to open the packaging we found the screws missing for the couch feet, but I did have screws on hand to finish the install of the feet. Kinda put a sour flavour in my mouth as this could of been a problem.
OK, the delivery showed up in time and the boys brought in my purchases and sat the boxes in the rooms that I needed them to and they left. They were very polite and careful. Cheers.
