Greeted right away. We asked for directions to the kitchen appliances and shortly meeted with us. Was perfect. Not directly in your face every turn and very polite.
Beautiful products and Amazing customer service with Derek @ The Brick North Bay 👏 we went in with a specific couch and love seat in mind, luckily we got to check them out in the showroom. They were beautiful however weren't exactly what we wanted. Derek showed us a couple other couches and we quickly found a winner! We weren't set on the love seat version of this couch however.
