What about Brunch? – While dinner is fantastic (especially the appetizer tray), Mother's Day brunch was definitely lacking. The service was poor and the entree selection left much to be desired. If you are looking for a place to enjoy a nice brunch, skip the Briarwood!

Best Restaurant in the Denver Area – This is our favorite special occasion restaurant. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated as a special guest. The appetizers are wonderful, the spinach salad the best, and the entrees are incredible. The waitstaff is excellent. We have been going to the Briarwood for 15 year and have NEVER been disappointed.
Absolutely Amazing – The service from sitdown was amazing. The food was out of this world, and belive it or not, my husband and I spent $150 ourself and we must have had two whole bags of food, good good food. So in lieu of that I would also say that it was a decent value.
European Wanna' Be – I found this restaurant to be pretentious, limited and not living up to the standards that I had anticipated from both reviews and personal recommendations. It tried to give the impression of being very fine dining when in my opinion it was quite ordinary, run of the mill. Beautiful – One of my favorites in Colorado, the brunch is to die for. All the little appetizers on the table are delicious - and they wrap them up so nicely to take home! Don't miss it for brunch.
WOW! – I love steak, pure and simple. I have tried every steak house within a 75 mile radius and Briarwood tops them all. Every meal starts out with an appetizer plate consisting of cocktail shrimp, crackers, and a bunch of spreads like cheese, pate, and salmon mouse. Then the salad course with a choice of two. Just Devine!!! – The Briarwood is absolutly delicious. The area is wonderful, the serivce is perfect and there aren't words to describe the food. You could not ask for more.
Don't Miss the Holidays! – My birthday is close to Christmas, and we come every year. The holiday decor is fabulous which only serves to enhance the dining experience. The food is wonderful--although the appetizer tray can fill up two people--it's better for four. The service is always impeccable. The only problem might be only one chicken dish is offered on the menu. However, there are always specials and they are wonderful. A fantastic place to have that special evening.
