I would strongly advise against hiring both Waylan Cooper and Brian Wilson. They mistakenly listed my property on someone’s bankruptcy filing and have refused to correct the issue. The person that filed the bankruptcy is deceased and the law office of Brian Wilson has refused to own up to their costly mistake. Waylan has lied several times about filing an amendment to remove my home from the persons bankruptcy schedule. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. The larger sized lady (Paralegal) in the office is RUDE and unprofessional. The yell and scream at you and accuse you of being rude to them. It got so bad I had to start recording my calls when I called the office. They send no letters, no notifications NOTHING about the case and when you ask questions they get PISSED. Do not use! Disclosure from this firm isn’t the best at all. They don’t follow up with your documents. We have a case that has discharged and afterwards I am told that my home and my vehicle we’re not reaffirmed and that it was up to the lender to ensure that it was done. Had they followed up we would’ve known before the case closed. I do not recommend this law firm and all. Yes they are inexpensive but not good.

This company is awful my case got dissmissed due to the office error so the clerk said...I paid my fees on time.. Called the office after i got a motion to dismiss letter out the blue I then contacted them the lady jeana assured me my case was ok an the lawyer(brain Wilson ) had a great relationship with the creditors which was a bunch of bull crap then i go out side the next morning car is gone after she (jeana) told me i was ok... The new clerk Monique is sooo awful dont know her job she will have a attitude with you ... read more

This is a piss poor firm, THEY USE PARALEGALS TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS.. THEY NEVER CONTACT U ABOUT YOUR CASE... THEY LIED OVER AND OVER AGAIN ABOUT OMITTING INFORMATION, AND DIDNT MY CASE GOT DISMISSED DUE TO FAILURE TO SUMBIT DOCUMENTATION.. OR THEIR BEHALF, AND MY PAYMENTS WERE AUTOMATICALLY DRAFTED. i am currently over paying on my payment plan by $200 a month. I have had several issues that I need addressed, but he never returns phone calls, emails or texts. To this date, I have been paying via payroll deduct each week almost a year and still not a dime has been paid to the creditors. I understand that is the trustee and not him, but this is one of the many issues I have needed addressed that has never been handled to my best interest. I am actually in the process of filing a complaint with the bar association
