Brian and Lynda were hands-on and fantastic in helping me sell my elderly parent's home. I'm out of state and both my folks are too ill to really play a role - Brian and Lynda repeatedly dug into their (excellent) rolodex and coordinated multiple repairs, patiently guiding us through the process, and managing tricky negotiations. Very glad we went with their Team, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!
