Newly remodeled low-income houseing clean and quiet
Best manager I have ever dealt with. Quick to respond to repairs needed anywhere in the building and always with a smile. Along with other tenants he has even started a vegetable garden. A Jack of all trades too
I live at the Brewery Lofts. Mainly the bldg is quiet. The bldg is not as secure as it should be and repairs take awhile to get done. However I have no real complaints as it's one of the only places in Hastings that allow pets. My neighbor's are friendly and everyone mainly keeps to themselves. All in all a very nice place to live with easy access to the downtown area. The apartments are a good size some with a lot of storage space and others lack in that area. They also accept HUD.
