Best brewery. I love hanging in the Tap Room. I’m really looking forward to them opening the building between the Tap room and the original part.
It was Taco Wednesday, which is a win by itself. The Hefeweizen is the best I’ve had in a long while. Every beer we tried was fantastic. Scrapping all plans and going back again tomorrow.
We ordered a mushroom swiss burger and a bison burger. They were out of mushrooms and overcooked the beef (very chewy and overdone), but the bison was excellent. The sweet potato fries were the best, and the beer selection was impressive. All in all a good experience, with only the one exception - not a deal breaker. We’ll be back!👍
