My wife and I had our wedding reception here three years ago. It was so good we went there the very next night. Just last night we finally made it back down and I was pleased to find out it's still just as amazing. We went on the ghost tour after the three course dinner that was offered. It's a nice way to not only experience the fantastic food and staff, but to get an interesting history and maybe a scare. Go to The Parsons Table. Not worth this terrible food and service and arrogance of The Chef.
My family and I absolutely loved everything about The Brentwood! Our waiter, Jeff was extremely personable and made some great recommendations. But his job is easy because Chef Eric is the best. From the escargot and the St. Jacques Rockefeller to the Cote de Boeuf to the creme brulee, everything was fantastic! We particularly enjoyed the special bottle of French wine that Chef Eric picked out for us. We will definitely spread the word among our friends in Wilmington, and we will be back soon!
Great happy hour, delicious food, excellent service and atmosphere! We make sure to stop by every time we vacation in the area!
The food is exquisite, but unless you try bartender Kenneth's cucumber and mint Gimlet, you're missing out. Yum.
