I would give this facility 0 stars if that were an option. Unfortunately, my mother is a resident here, and our experience has been extremely upsetting and concerning. The chef’s behavior toward both residents and employees has been completely unacceptable. I have personally witnessed him yelling at and berating his employees in front of my mother, which is highly inappropriate in an assisted living environment where residents should feel safe, respected, and comfortable. I am writing to report a serious concern regarding the care provided by a nursing assistant. I witnessed the nursing assistant strike the patient. The incident was concerning, and I believe it should be reviewed by the appropriate supervisor or facility administrator. Patients should receive care in a safe and respectful environment. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and addressed appropriately.
