I was mistreated by a member of their staff, a Rebecca C. Her treatment of me was rude, dishonest, unprofessional and demeaning. I called The Brennity twice, two days in a row, and left two messages, once with Shannon, and a second time with Michele. I gave my number, and I asked them for the Director, Scott, to please call me back. I wanted to explain to him what happened and to make sure he knew how a member of his staff was treating members of the public (makes you wonder how they treat their residents). Very nice place. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.
Update... The team at The Brennity has been doing a wonderful job taking care of my dad since he moved in late August. The staff is attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. We have a loved one in Memory Care at The Brennity in Daphne. We have been so pleased with the staff, the activities and the personal care our loved one receives on a daily basis. Memory loss is so hard to deal with, but The Brennity has proven to be the saving grace for our loved one.
