Brenda W. and associates do not care about the consumer only their cash in pocket. They have no respect for flipping real estate. They sell very poor quality renovated properties. She is a disgrace to the market. Do not purchase or sell with her company.
I had the WORST EXPERIENCE with Brenda W. and Realtor D. from this office. I was the buyer, they were the seller's broker. Contract of a cash sale was supposed to happen 4/19/21. Day of closing they tell my realtor that seller is out of the country and have tried to call him. No one told us. Closing was delayed again and again, they responded to no emails, texts, phone calls.
