My 13 year old son was admitted a few days ago with pneumonia and sepsis, and received the best of care in the respiratory/breathing department of Children's Hospital. Good medical decisions were made, the nursing care was some of the best I've ever seen, and everyone made my son more comfortable. So grateful for the excellent and compassionate care.

I called the appointment to make a appointment just to be told that I wasn’t in the system there and to call 777-0123. I called that number just to be told that I needed to call the appointment line. So i the appointment line again and was told that because we’ce never been seen there that I would have to take my son to the doctor we were going to before because they weren’t seeing new patients until sometime in February. My daughter was in the CF clinic. Worst customer service ever! I can never get ahold of them when we have a CF related problem they won’t see her. We wait 5 hours in the drs office and only about an hour of that is actually being seen. And when I needed her records transferred they took almost 20 days and if I didn’t call and say it needed to be done ASAP due to health reasons it probably would have taken much longer.
