Absolute worst experience I have ever had with any medical facility. The staff and Dr are clueless. They prescribed two different at home sleep studies, that cost me $400.00, then told me they could not use the data from either, and sent me for an over night sleep study that cost $200.00 When I didn't receive any follow up after two weeks to schedule for my results, I called them. Just spoke with Elizabeth in your billing department that has been with your office since 2020. I just scolded her because she obviously does not know what she is doing and is trying to collect on items from 2021. My husband was physically in your office on 3/14/24 and "went off" on the ladies because there was some sort of balance due from 2022. Very busy practice. Sometimes a long wait for appointment. Staff is nice.
Arriving early for an appointment does nothing to address the additional wait time to see a provider- after several visits we have waited an average of 45 minutes past appointment time to be seen (with no one in the waiting room mind you meaning not a busy day) and it is absolutely Ridiculous! In addition the RT was online shopping and scrolling social media throughout the entire PFT process, yet another example at the seriously unprofessional environment here.
