I have had Lynar lead me through breathwork on multiple occasions and experienced a guided cold plunge as well. Y’all she is good! I think I ended up staying in the plunge for 13 minutes! After each breathwork I feel so good. She is so inviting and I recommend experiencing her as a guide for you.
I’ve had a couple sessions of breathe coaching and cold plunging with Lynar, and she is so great! She is very informative and knowledgeable and also so awesome at walking you through the discomfort of the cold. And I feel so good afterwards. She leaves you looking forward to the next go around in the cold plunge tub, believe it or not! I highly recommend seeing Lynar for breathe coaching and cold plunging!
The cold dip and breathing experience was absolutely amazing. The teacher taught me so much to help me with calming myself and preparing for the cold dip. I have so much more to learn ! After the cold dip my inflammation was down and I felt amazing. I Can't wait to do it again
