Had 2 mammograms here covered by insurance then all of the sudden they started using an out of network radiologist, no warning, and I got a bill. I won't return.
I had my first routine mammogram in 2022. It took 3 hours to get in and out. They called me a week later to say I needed another mammogram because they didn't get good images the first time. I went back and spent another 3 hours there. One year went by and I needed another routine mammogram. Three more hours in that dumpy, dirty place. I found which parking garage to park in on your site, but once I parked there were no signs asto where to go. Two sets of elevators, which one? I saw a employee of St. David’s and she helped me to find the correct building. Once there I finally found a sign to The Breast Center. When I got to the floor, looking for the actual room 111, there was a sign for Solis Mammogram, not Breast Center! St David's breast center lost my images. I have been waiting for about one week to figure out what's going on. I need these images for my follow-up visit. I called couple times and my call has been transferred to different departments. No one knows how to resolve this issue. Finally they got my information in the old system.
