Cindy at the front desk was very unprofessional over the phone she did not listen to what I was asking and her attitude was not helpful she and another co worker stood at the sink talking about me. Elisa did make the rest of the visit very inviting , comfortable and courteous.
Best place for me to have my mammogram at and the staff is so nice and friendly wouldn't go anywhere else for mammogram checkups
I love the service from the information desk to all the staff so nice and friendly, first was so scared thinking the mammogram would be painful but not, the procedure was so gentle and smooth that they handled me accordingly and painlessly with a smile that made me feel comfortable. Thank you till next time
Had a great experience here! I got called back after having a mammogram on the mobile bus to do an inhouse second mammogram and ultrasound. Everyone from reception/check-in to the mammogram and ultrasound techs to the doctor/radiologist were extremely friendly. They explained every single thing that was happening. The Doctor even let me view the ultrasound as he was doing it and explained to me what they were seeing. I followed their instructions for arrival. I checked in online previous to my appointment. I am not a new patient. Was told my registration information was blank. It was completed and I was sent to the exam waiting room. Several who arrived after my check in were taken in before me. When I asked about my time slot I received a non- sense answer. I left without having my appointment served. I missed lunch for the appointment and was late for a work meeting as well. I received an email asking me to schedule an appointment. HA!... read more
