I was greeted with a hello and a smile several times just entering the building from Floyd staff members . I felt warm, comfortable and the atmosphere was pleasant. I had a very good experience. LaDonna. The Nurse that did my initial exam was so very nice, gentle, kind and informative.. I suppose the only thing I could complain about was a volunteer that helps in the back waiting area with the robes. She was extremely loud � Maybe one or the other couldn't hear well. � But it really was a pleasant experience for me. ���
The Breast Center at Floyd has an AWESOME staff! They r the most Loving and Caring group of people I've ever seen in my life! Ms LaDonna, the Nurse Practitioner is The Best ever! She was the one who had to tell me that I was diagnosed with cancer and I freaked out something awful! She stayed on the phone until I calmed down! I just love all of you bunches! You all are making my journey with dealing with Cancer very reassuring and easy! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You............�������!
The Breast Center at Floyd is the only place that I would go to have my mammogram. They are very professional and also are very friendly, kind, and caring. The wait time to hear your results can be within several hours, but never more than 24 hours. I would recommend The Breast Center to anyone who needs to have a mammogram.
