This new rule of people who are separated can't be in a ultrasound is pitiful. Thank every single soldier or whoever who unfortunately cannot make it. And give them nothing. No hope. Nothing. And then can't even let us know until we walk into the office. Being pregnant alone is hard. And you took one more thing from us.
They were late or would forget to send over the ultrasounds to my wife's obstetrician who is literally 2 floors upstairs and her doctor had to keep following up with them. Also the ultrasound tech for her 20 week imaging was not friendly nor helpful in answering our questions. The final straw was the billing which they got wrong each time, this most recent time they sent a $135 "balance due" to collections after only 2 months, which is crazy because payment was made the day of the appointment!
