Inept management staff that does not run the complex well at all to the detriment of the tenants. I don't usually fill out these things, but I want to warn you all. Worst management staff I have encountered in almost any business. I asked these people straight up before signing my lease if they were planning any construction projects as I work from home and cannot have workers banging on my walls while speaking with clients. I absolutely love my apartment and love living here! From the moment I entered the office all of the ladies have been and continue to be magnificent! John the maintenance guy is fabulous, too. Very good apartments for the value
I love it here. From the moment I started working with Sheri I knew that this place was for me. She and everyone else at The Breakers are so on top of everything and are very pleasant to work with. My maintenance requests are handled immediately as well. The property is beautiful and I love the body of water behind my apartment where I can sit out on my screened-in balcony and relax as I look at the wildlife. It's a great gem in the quiet part of the Daytona Beach area. I highly recommend it.
