I absolutely love living at The Breakers Apartments. It’s peaceful clean and truly feels like home. The staff is what makes it even better. Alicia the property manager is so professional and kind. Jessica and the other sweet lady in the office are always welcoming and helpful. Maintenance aka John is also great and always gets things handled. I also love the fun little touches like the food trucks that come by. I’m really happy to be part of this community.
Inept management staff that does not run the complex well at all to the detriment of the tenants. I don't usually fill out these things, but I want to warn you all. Worst management staff I have encountered in almost any business. I asked these people straight up before signing my lease if they were planning any construction projects as I work from home and cannot have workers banging on my walls while speaking with clients. I absolutely love my apartment and love living here! From the moment I entered the office all of the ladies have been and continue to be magnificent! John the maintenance guy is fabulous, too. They have been so quick and professional about everything. Special thanks to Alicia for being such a great property manager!
