My boyfriend and I came in tonight. Ordered the shepherds pie and the brazen burger. When we got our food my boyfriend shepherd pie was more of a greasy soup. My burger that I ordered well done was dripping blood and the bun was rock hard. When we finally got the waitress over and told her about the issue she just said sorry and brought us our check. If you're in the Westerly area stop in The Brazen Hen. The food are pretty good the sevice was exceptional. I got the braised short rib, it was very tender, the shepherd pie was creamy and cheesy. Their fish and chips was also good as the fish was flaky.
Shrimp and sausage soup—only tasted like a spicy hot mess. Should have been sent back. Mozzarella sticks also a disappointment. Cheese inside was not melted— or it cooled off during the long wait foe the food.
