Loved this property! Feels more like a community than just an apartment
Don’t expect a clean move out. Beware if there are multiple people on your lease and you want to get your security deposit back. They are illegally withholding my security deposit and going against California Code, CIV 1950.5 because they put multiple tenants on the deposit check and won’t cut a new one for individual tenants. This is illegal.
Amazing community and staff!! The resident events here are top notch!!
Kimberly is the best!! Very helpful. I also love my apartment & love living here.
