After living here for 16 months, this is my personal experience! Recently, our thermostat kept shutting off due to a tricky issue that wasn’t easy to diagnose. Benjamin went above and beyond—not only making sure it was draining properly, but even bringing us mobile cooling units we could hook up to the windows in case it got too hot.
