I am writing this because after repeatedly experiencing the same problems, I believe prospective residents AND corporate management need to know what is happening at this property. Let me be fair: this is a nice property. The grounds are clean, the area is nice, and the amenities are good. For the amount residents pay—and considering this is supposed to be one of the more upscale communities in the area—the management should match the price and reputation. Unfortunately, it doesn't. The staff(Albert) is very condescending, incompetent and unwilling to help.
I am on my second lease with The Braydon and the complex is unfortunately on a downward trend. There are several things that are not being addressed by new management. The complex has a severe lack of parking. There is a waitlist for reserved spots that is over a year long (50 people currently on it). Management has countered lack of parking with aggressive towing tactics, but it feels more predatory to residents than a meaningful solution. Addition (June 2026) the dead bird babies around the complex is probably the worst thing I have ever seen. Seeing your dog sniffing a dead bird is not too much fun. I hope someone does something about it soon… The phase 2 apartments cannot be sold to anyone, also homeless people lately enjoy walking around the complex.
