The staff(Albert) is very condescending, incompetent and unwilling to help.
I am on my second lease with The Braydon and the complex is unfortunately on a downward trend. There are several things that are not being addressed by new management. The complex has a severe lack of parking. There is a waitlist for reserved spots that is over a year long (50 people currently on it). Management has countered lack of parking with aggressive towing tactics, but it feels more predatory to residents than a meaningful solution. Addition (June 2026) the dead bird babies around the complex is probably the worst thing I have ever seen. Seeing your dog sniffing a dead bird is not too much fun. I hope someone does something about it soon… The phase 2 apartments cannot be sold to anyone, also homeless people lately enjoy walking around the complex. Worst management I’ve ever experienced. I will never return to that complex again. Live there for a while and would never recommend it to anyone
