The don’t clean pool area. Bathrooms. The maintenance team lurks around and half a**es their job all while talking poorly about the company. Black mold and roaches everywhere. Pay for trash which is EVERYWHERE. Pay more than anywhere else locally which seemed ok bc the front pool and new apartments seemed nice. Until you get to the back pool where teenagers run it. And it’s gross poop on bathroom floor 2 months. Many complains. Pool doors locked until you call to get them open by 12pm. I can’t wait to have my lease be up.
Everyone here is amazing. Super thankful for the thoughtfulness and excellent communication. I feel very welcome and at ease and very comfortable.
I’ve been living at The Braxton for a year now, and I’ve had a really positive experience. The maintenance team is friendly and responds to work orders in a timely manner, and I really appreciate that management follows up to make sure everything has been completed. The location is very convenient, with fast food, family restaurants, shopping, and stores nearby. The landscaping is always well kept, and the community is quiet.
