Nancy is so awesome, I had trouble with my bank processing my rent and she helped me out. She was incredible when I came into sign my paperwork. She is super cheerful and so polite. Definitely my favorite property manager
We have been living at The Braxton for four years and there are many things we do enjoy about it. It’s a great location. We are near downtown Melbourne, near the river and near the beach. I love the pools and the fact that it is a pet friendly community. I enjoy watching the sunset from my second story balcony.
We have been very happy living here. We are proud to have friends over and sit by the beautiful pool area to visit. It’s very quiet and peaceful here. If anything ever needs to be fixed, the maintenance people are wonderful. They do a great job and they’re very friendly. We lived here in the past and we moved out of state, but when we came back to Florida, we came back here. We highly recommend it.
