It’s been roughly 3 years since I lost everything when my unit burnt down due to an electrical fire. My roommate and I were renting lease to lease after our first year ended. So when we lost the unit we were practically homeless. When I returned to the unit a day after the fire was put out, all my valuables had been taken.. I have been living there for 4 years my experience is great no problem very quiet and maintenance noticeable ,leasing representative very helpful and polite.
Beautiful space both inside and out. Be careful when it comes to moving out and breaking a lease. They agreed I could pay $500 as the first months payment and then said I will be sent to collections if I don’t make another payment the same month. I have it in writing so going to try to work with them but a little frustrating being that I don’t want it to ruin my credit score.
It was not bad at first until you take a deeper look at, the bugs are everywhere , no preventives for mold including the dryer being hooked up back inside the apartment bringing moisture in. i’ve had to throw away thousands of dollars worth of items from my closet that were perfectly fine in a previous closet for over a year blaming it on Florida’s humidity when there is little to no insulation , living here is the equivalent to living at a camp ground.
Very Ghetto. Police called nighty. Neighbors are very loud and nothing will be done about it.
