Beyond disappointed with the entire experience. The apartment was not thoroughly inspected before move in. My children's room had a broken bulb in the light fixture that one cannot see as the fixture covering is frosted. Upon turning the light on, it smelled as if something was on fire. The washer machine was not working properly. Upon, it being "fixed" this machine is mediocre at best. The master bathroom door would not close. As if the door was cut too small for the framing. We love living at the Braxton!!!
I love this place the minute I got here. I was in love. I was first introduced with the Braxton with Alex and he was awesome. Alex is one of the reasons that right from the start. I'm choosing the Braxton. He was so helpful as well and very genuine and honest he made us feel so welcome.Then I was introduced to Nancy and she finish off my whole application process With ease, she went out of her way to make sure everything was right from the start.
