Braxton is my 🏡 home!
Yesterday I needed slat for patio door coverings! Within a few minutes maintenance man Daniel called me to verify request and within 5minutes he arrived at my apartment with the slat I needed plus two extra in case another broke! He was friendly and very respectful!
Overall my experience here was good. Over the two years I lived here we had a quite maintenance issues, but they were almost always resolved within 48 hours or less, especially during the week. I feel it's probably a little overpriced, as I only moved out because I found a house for the same price. But, that's just where the market seems to be right now, unfortunate as it is.
