We are quite happy here. It’s very quiet which we were looking for and admin is very helpful and friendly.
We are moving from the Braxton! It was nice when we moved in 7 years ago but has been declining as of late! The reason we are moving is health related but there has also been a decline in upkeep of the grounds and apartments! Preventative maintenance is practically non existent and the grounds for those of us who live in the back of the property are poorly maintained! Wonderful and safe location to live. Complex is always well kept and staff is kind, relatable, and reliable. Safe for the family, partners, and singles…. Oh don’t forget the EXTREME convenience of surrounding eateries, shops, restaurants, and stores.
Pool access for guest is a bit ridiculous
