I just moved in and the service from the maintenance department is superb!
I lived at The Braxton for about two years across two different units on separate floors, so I got a pretty well-rounded experience of the community. The leasing staff and maintenance team are consistently kind, professional, and responsive. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, and there’s a convenient back way to Publix, which is a nice bonus. Cops live here so they jack up the rent for anyone who’s not 🤷♂️ we were young and dumb and our roommates abandoned us with 2,250 for a 3 bed was absolutely hell because I hadn’t gotten put on disability yet and couldn’t afford my meds. I’m happily medicated now and can say I still hate the Braxton! I also never tried to break into someone’s apartment I was losing my mind and drew a cross with my finger. Charges were dropped thanks for destroying my fiancées rental history tho!
