I started seeing Anne Shirley here a few months ago for stress and anxiety. She is so easy to talk to and always has helpful tools and advice to help me get through tough life issues. I also saw her for a few sessions of marriage counseling and it has really helped my husband and I improve our communication. So happy I found her! Cannot recommend her enough.
Anne Shirley is the best. I have been in recovery from Alcohol and Drugs for 32 years. Life still shows up as we get older. I guess losses whether with Jobs, Relationships or loss of Parents, whatever life throws at us. I have had trouble with Anxiety and Depression. many nights of loss of sleep, worry or what ever seems to go through my head. Ann has help me with many ways of teaching me tools to use when they come up. Anne has also helped me with Jealousy with a new Relationship to keep me from sabotaging the relationship.... read more
Anne Shirley came highly recommended for dealing with adolescent anxiety. I'm so glad we found her. With Anne's help over just a few months, my daughter learned tools to help her reduce her anxiety and better handle it when it comes on. We're keeping her on speed dial in case any issues come up in the future, but hope not!
Angie Rivera has a wonderful, organized, and Christian outlook into doing these therapies. She guided my fiancé and I through the prepare/enrich program and we were able to discuss many topics. What a helpful journey we have been through with Angie. Thank you and God bless.
Angie Rivera is a wonderful, caring, and a knowledgeable provider. My boyfriend and I worked with her for about a year, the sessions created a whole new outlook on our relationship and communication with one another. Angie is supportive and authentic!
