EDIT-- I reached out to the salon om Facebook, and the owner was prompt to reach back out to me . She fit me in right away and did the best she could to try to fix the chop job the original stylist did. She was super attentive and super apologetic and 100% made up for the shortcomings of her staff member. I left feeling so much better than I did the first time!! Brooklyn was amazing! I’ve struggled to find a great salon in the area, and The Brass Pineapple salon hit all the marks. Arguably the best hair cut I’ve ever gotten! Highly recommend!
