I work in Aberdeen almost with 2 blocks from here. So once a week I order soup locally TO-GO and I wanted to try this place out. Today was Braised short rib vegetable soup(I hope I got that right). Its freaking amazing!! The taste of this is so spot on, and the seasoning of the soup is great. The meatiness of it is fantastic to say the least. I am so happy I ordered this today! A friend and I get together once a month for dinner and conversation. I went to your FB page and saw that you were having 1/2 price wine and appetizers so I suggested we give it a try. I was not only impressed with the bottle service even though we were getting it 1/2 price, but the total service experience was so nice. We stayed and visited for a couple hours and the staff really were great about it. TBK is the first restaurant in Aberdeen to join my favorite category. Instead of going back to the same restaurant for steak and potato, pan-fried walleye or something else you can have the same everywhere, TBK invites you to bring an open mind and look for something you would never have thought of. However, my 24 YO nephew, who doesn't trust anything green, went home and bragged TBK up for 2 days! My fiancé and I ate here for the first time last week. At first glance I was slightly disappointed with the limited menu, however once I tasted our food I realized TBK is very much about quality over quantity. We started with mushroom bruschetta which was phenomenal. I had the scallops and he had a steak. They were both amazing. The scallops melted in my mouth and paired well with the unique flavor of the succotash. We both agreed this was the best service and food we've had in Aberdeen in 3 years! Highly recommend!
