I enjoy conducting mystery shopping here, but I’ve found the staff member assigned to the project to be rude when I ask simple questions. I took the time to write a polite, professional email with a proper greeting, detailed message, and closing, yet received a response that lacked a greeting and came across as unprofessional.
Do Not Work for this Business!!!!! I did a secret shop and didn't get paid for my time. I spent 45 minutes at the store evaluating each employee and giving the names of those employees I interacted with. I spent 30 minutes uploading the receipt and other required info. The system didn't collect all the information so now I will not get paid for my time.
