I had a different attorney through my divorce who left me with little to no trust in attorneys. My Ex decided to take me back to court and I knew I needed to find someone better. HORRIBLE she stold all the 5000.00 retainer. Didn't do the work and made up a FAKE invoice. Need more info message me. The Texas Bar has her on file and ill assure she doesn't get away with stealing other people's money. She took advantage of a disabled veteran.
My daughter has been in a custody battle regarding my grandson. A friend suggested his attorney for her. He wanted to take it to mediation. It cost me $5000.00 and they agreed to joint custody, later to find out that it didn't get signed off on and filed correctly. The other party, the father of my grandson, has his best friend from childhood attorney working on this case who's been representing him for free.
