I have recently received care at Holland Nrain and Spine. I have been impressed by the caring, professional and highly knowledgeable care I received. I first saw Scott, PA . He recognized that my neck injury was unusual. After my appointment, he collaborated with Dr. Lowery. Scott wisely handed off my care to Dr Lowery. I am so impressed with both if them. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Sheri in office is impossible to deal with. Absolutely no compassion or empathy for others. Very rude dismissive. I would not go here ever again because of her. The doctors in this office are fantastic I’ve had surgery from Dr. Kremer in the past. Due to SHERRI I will seek a new doctor. Worst office help they could possibly have. Keep looking if you have a medical emergency ! You will NOT GET help here.
Dr. Kremer is fantastic, in my 74 years I have seen people who did not have good luck with back surgery but Dr. Kremer does a less invasive procedure and my success is great. Follow what he says, he does the surgery and if you are a compliment patient, you will have a great result.
Very pleased with Dr Kremer and his staff. The spine issues were compounded by Parkinson’s and we were unable to effectively address Parkinson’s without first addressing spine/back issues. We were referred to Dr Kremer because of his skills and knowledge of both issues. Problems are identified, procedures determined and surgery completed in a very capable and highly skilled manner.
