Dr. McNeil and his staff are absolutely amazing. They have helped many of my clients through difficult times. Their professionalism, dedication and compassion are what truly sets them apart. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the type of services they provide.
If I could rate lower I would. I understand that there are not many options in the area but if you want to take your mental health seriously do not go here.
I've been going for months and I've never been able to get anyone to answer a phone no matter which Dr I call and about every other appointment gets cancelled literally hours before it's scheduled
Dr. Mark McNeil was who I was supposed to see. He called and canceled my first appointment, said he was gonna be out of town. So you can only imagine to my surprise, when I walked in today (for my child’s appointment with someone else) I seen him sitting in his office. Not out of town. And someone else walked in for my appointment time. Like wow. Not sure why I was lied to. But that’s very unprofessional. Someone seeking help to better themselves, and being lied to by the person that’s supposed to be helping them!
