My experience has been amazing from start to finish! Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my first appointment and cancel my second. Very sneaky with their prices. I used to be a customer, not any more.
I've been back 3 times in 6 days trying to get my daughters twists fixed that Gladys did. She hung up on me when I called to figure out how our schedules could align. Caroline did her best to help. I didn't yell or curse to deserve the treatment from Gladys. I will try once more and then I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General for giving me the run around and taking my money without giving me the service.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming! I felt like I known them for years! My hair is always on point too!
My daughter's hair came out in 2 days she only got 4 braids which is the same price as 2 braids which does not make since
