Updated review…I went back again for removal and I received top-knotch service again. I was so excited she moved to Gwinnett! The owner was very careful with my hair and extremely kind. This is the best take-down shop by far! This is my previous review…I had a 9 AM appointment for small size braids removal today and I was finished by 11 AM. They washed and conditioned my hair too with no damage. This place is such a great concept with good customer service! It’s worth every penny!

I don’t live in Georgia, but I will be back every single time I need my hair taken down. Sheneka is truly a gem. From the moment I walked in, she was so kind and obviously passionate about healthy hair care. She used quality products, was super efficient, and most importantly, she made me feel respected and cared for.
