I've been there several times over the past few years but today was not happy with the customer service. I was told that late appointments (5pm) required a deposit. That was a first, but cool because it protects against no shows. I get that and understand. I requested the website information to pay the deposit and received no response. I called no response. I went to the shop on March 3, 2014. First I must say I called to inform them I would b late to my 800am appointment. With the storm coming daycare was an issue. Since the shop provided hair I didn't purchase any and told them I want my micros with multiple colors with the deep bulk they had on supply. ONE of the braiders informed me that the brand in stock had began reviews and I should go with the wet and wavy. Been going here for a while and always have a good experience....great braiders.
Tried for second time to give them a try. I was really disappointed the second time. I wouldn't suggest you let them do your hair. I have had my hair braided many times and this was the worst expensive experience I've had.
I got my hair done at The Braid Lounge, and I ABSOLUTELY Loved it!!! Great Customer Service! Finally, a Braid shop where people act professional!! All I can say is WOW!!! ILL BE BACK..... THE BRAID LOUNGE IS THE SPOT TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMENDED.....
I had great exerience! The ladies did a beautiful job on my Micros and had me out of there in no time! The salon is really, really nice and cozy as well! Best best braid shop I've ever been to!
