They were very unprofessional and not timely at all. The lady that was supposed to do my hair never even bothered to show up. Also, the lady that did my ran out of time so she had another lady working on me; and then my twist braids didn't last and when called back during business hours, I couldn't get a live person on the phone. So, disappointed!! Black businesses have to do better if they want to keep customers; otherwise, what's the point 😢
Just got my hair done and it took only 3.5 hours including getting the ends dipped! Thank you girl!
