Very attentive and kind
I'm not sure if this is a great lawyer or not..but the lady who answers the phone is rude and short! Felt like she didn't want to be there. So unkind and hostile. Try and hire another secretary, this is the first impressions a client has and may determine whether they make a consultation appointment or not.
