This place is AWESOME! I cannot recommend them enough! Dr Shook and all of the staff are so nice and caring.
Called twice this week, once on Wed & then again on Thurs to see if they were taking new patients. I guess no call back means the answer is "NO"
Mindy Shook and her staff are very caring and professional. They know how to take care of their patients!
After 2 appointments, lab tests that took a month for me to hear the results of and trying to get a prescription filled for a brand new diagnosed serious illness to try and get it under control. but it needs communication from the Dr to the insurance and the pharmacy before it can be filled. 10 days of waiting for that so far. Actually have now made an appointment with hopefully a more professional Dr so that I can get a prescription and some better health care than this place seems to be capable of doing.
