Probably the last honest orthodontist left in this city she advised me not to do what I wanted to with my teeth and I didn’t listen so I went to another clinic and they gladly did what I asked without any pushback and ended up ruining my face and smile that was years ago to this day I wish I listened to her even tho she might be a little too direct don’t get offended because she has your best interest in mind
Amy Lai is an average ortho at best. What really gets me is that she does not know how to put her emotions aside when working. She would not know professionalism if it slapped her in the face. For anyone thinking about being her client just be ready for her to take any anger she has out on you.
Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff makes your visit very easy and comfortable.
Highly recommend Dr. Lai. She is very professional and treat me with great care.
When I was living in Hillsboro, my daughter had an orthodontist who was incompetent and after swallowing two loose brackets from her braces, I made the decision to start searching for a new doctor – and was very lucky to have found Dr. Lai.
