Kept my prescription for over two weeks promising me my knee brace would be in for surgery. Now my surgery is TOMORROW and they’re saying they can’t get it. Thanks to this place I can’t have a very important knee surgery now. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!
Had to bring my grandma to be fitted for a back brace. Everybody was friendly and extremely helpful. We also found out they sell diabetic shoes so we will definitely be back soon. I wish we would have known about this place sooner, we will definitely do business with them from now on.

Had to go to Brace Shoppe in Huntington to get husband's braces. Charleston no longer has an in-house brace shop. You have to send them out to get made and fixed. Long trip, but worth the effort.
My 5 yo grandson has received services at the Brace Shoppe since he was 3yo. I couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of these services.
